April 4th, 2020 | Ready to get crazy

Today I got up in the morning super pumped to write a lot of blog posts. Right now, it's 10:00 AM, sunny outside :)

I am going to write on weekly post I owe, one monthly post for March, and a mega post for Q1.

The reason I am a little bit behind is because things have been crazy at work. They laid off a few people and we are working on a super tight schedule to deliver a product in 3 weeks.

To be honest it's the first time I didn't work on my personal projects for two days in a row. The reason being the project we are doing at work for Covid-19 is fantastic.

All beaureocracy is gone. All we have to do is get shit done. No more Jira, no more defining documents, just splitting the work load and getting things done.

Also, nearly the whole company is working as one. I have learned more in the last two days than in the last 3 months in the company.

I feel a bit bad saying it, but I am super excited and pumped, although it's very stressful times for everyone else.

One thing though that was re enforced was the notion that I want to control my own financial situation. Right now I am one move away from being laid off, as is half of the world right now in this recession.

I want to be financial independent, and be in control of my life.
