March 17th, 2020 | Weighing my options
Yesterday was Angestep's epic fail launch. On the other hand, Cyberleads is doing ok, I still have 7 paying customers for $29/mo. However, I truly believe that Angelstep is a good idea, I see so many people paying for databases of investors and such. I am certain. Although my PH launch was a flop, there are some other options. - Facebook groups - Reddit - Slack channels Facebook groups are easy to post but hard to get engagement, I have some ideas and will find something. Reddit is hard as fuck. I know exactly the sub reddit (/r/startups) but they are allergic to self promotion, and I don't blame them. Slack groups seem weird, but I have heard of people trying it out, maybe I do that as well. Last but not least, there is another way as well.... although it's a bit evil... Just buy a different domain, change the name and the website a bit and launch again. The problem is that PH is human curated, so if they remember it they will remove it. I don't know what I want to do. Maybe I do the first three things tomorrow, and if things don't go well, rebrand and relaunch on Friday. Speed is key here. If all the above fail, I leave it for now. I feel a bit better now. Maybe one reason for that is that I ran today, you are allowed I read during the quarantine. I wanted to go out earlier, but thought it was not allowed. I hadn't moved at all for weeks.. I felt so free that I was allowed to go out and run for 30 minutes during my lunch break, honestly it made my day and I got a lot of shit done for work. I also came up with all the above plan while running. Anyway, I'm off to bed, I want to start a new book. I found this lovely website: https://readthistwice.com/ and have picked a few books from Casey Neistat, a person I very much admire. Don't know which one I'll read...
