Today I managed to wake up early. At last.

Yesterday I realized the simple stupid truth. The hard part is not waking up early in the morning. The hard part is going to bed early.

Of course it will be a struggle if you go to bed at 01:30 AM and want to get up at 06:00 AM. That's stupid.

What you want is to go to bed at 10:00 PM and wake up at 06:00 AM. That's exactly what I did yesterday and I woke up at 05:30 AM without an alarm clock!

Often we focus on the wrong part of the equation. I always focused on the struggle of the morning battle, but that was wrong. I should've focused on the simplicity of going to bed early.

Similarly, I used to focus on execution and think that ideas don't mean shit. Then I flipped my focus and focused on a defined market and a validated idea.

It's ten times easier to go to bed earlier than to become a ten times more disciplined individual.

It's easier to work on a ten times better idea than becoming a ten times better executor.

When you focus on the right side of the equation, results come easier.

Now it's 09:00 AM. I start my day job in about an hour. I have already worked three full uninterrupted hours on Cyberleads. I am done for the day.

I love it :)
