I love that I'm running a "SaaS" style newsletter and a productized service at the same time.

Love both business models and I enjoy comparing them.

Here is a little nuanced difference I have noticed:

- The job of a SaaS founder is to identify next levers of growth. That's it, other than that it can scale infinitely.

- The job of a service business founder is to identify bottlenecks. That's it, other than that you don't need many clients to hit huge numbers.
