Deleted fucking Instagram and YouTube from my phone again.

Straight away I continued reading my book. Started studying Italian again. Got on top of my game.

I didn't force myself. It just happened.

We are like fucking lab rats on cocaine when exposed to social media.

Apart from Twitter (which is part of my business) all the rest give me nothing but take a lot from me.
