Have been working out a lot lately. Two to three workouts a day. I've built up to it. I bought a pull-up bar which I have been abusing every morning. I also run with my sister daily. 3K along the sea front - then jump into the sea - then return another 3K. And I also do my normal workouts with my personal trainer three times a week. Took some time and energy to lose 10 kilos of body fat over the past 10 months. But now I can feel the compounding effect of it. It's easier to stay fit. It's easier to eat healthier. It's easier to stay motivated. It's easier to push harder in my workouts. Progress always feels satisfying.
