It's not that I haven't been blogging. It's just that I haven't been posting them here. I always write down a few thoughts every single day. Why is it that when you put something off for a single day, it becomes exponentially easier to do again? If you miss one workout, the next day it's 50% easier to miss again a workout. Or a tweet. Or eating clean. Or meditating. Or calling your family and friends. Or posting a blog. Sorry for this. I promise I will try my best to never skip a day again.
