Ever since I quit my job, I've been struggling with shiny object syndrome.

I don't know if it's 2021, or just me having more time now to ponder on bullshit.

Bitcoin. NFTs. Gamestop. OpenAI. Clubhouse. Bitclout. The list goes on and on.

We are all obsessed with what’s new. Or what’s changing.

But no one cares nearly as much about what’s old. And what’s never changing.

My opinion is that if you are building business and you are not trying to become a unicorn, I’d focus on the latter.

I'd focus on the things that don't change.
