My most impactful changes have always been the simplest ones. No fancy AI. Or crazy automations. It's simple things like tweaking the copy. Changing the positioning. Removing steps in the signup or onboarding process. Adding little human touches. Thought experiment: - There are no "funnels" - There is no "conversion rate" - There is no "pipeline" There is only one human on your landing page. Or using your app. Right now. Now work backwards. How could this be better?
