👍 Good: Testosterone is super healthy, always between 500 to 1000 and even more than 900 some times. Should aim for that.
👎 Bad: Some biomarkers are outside the reference range, but nothing consistent. They slip out of range and then in the next test they are back in range. I have noticed that some of them have to do with immune system so maybe I should eat more fiber and maybe take an immune system boosting supplement.
⛔️ Ugly: My fasting blood glucose is hovering quite close to 100mg/dL, which is the lower limit for prediabetes. Sometime above 100 even WTF, scary. I bought a glucose meter and will test it regularly, and change my diet accordingly.
Updates: Bought a glucose meter and tested for a few days, 79 fasting glucose which is awesome. So I'm happy about that. Also going for a blood test this weekend, so I'll upload it here.
