A very underrated power of people running "low" tech businesses is that they don't have to code too much.

Newsletter businesses. Media businesses. Ebook businesses. People selling courses. People running communities.

When running a high tech business, like a SaaS, there is always something you can engineer. A new feature. Slightly better design. Better UX. Better performance. An integration with another platform.

And engineering is highly addictive. You are solving little, byte sized riddles and puzzles all day long. Highly satisfying. Your brain is hooked on it like a lab mouse is on cocaine. It can't get enough of it.

However, that can distract you. When you are building features all day long, you are neglecting distribution.

People running low tech businesses don't have that problem.

Ok, now you can't code. So, what else are you going to do?
